Is it A or B?

 The dilemma is true.

If you were ever having to choose the best place to live which features are the most important things to you?

 

I was thinking a lot!

Here's the pros and cons of each place. 

BUILDING A

Pros

-Less populated. 

-Good facilities of the apartment. Good maintenance and management. Have swimming pool. Have its own playground

-Unit. already equipped with furnitures, almost fully furnished. 2 carpacks.

-located near to many potential schools

-can be rented out/sell

-More like My own preferences of living here

Cons

-needs 45 minutes to and fro workplace

-quite far

-distance is actually the only setback

BUILDING B

Pros

-Very near to workplace. can reach within 15 minutes

-near to preschool

-My husband prefer this as he was pointing out to me that, the crowded places are only outside. we do not need to struggle with long queues on the journey to and from home. (true enought)

Cons

-literally not furnished yet

-if planned to live here, have to fork out loan/ installments

-only one carpark, people always parked at our place

-seems not so good maintenance or management at the place

-highly populated

-crowded, crowded area

-cannot be rented out

SO, what's our call? I'm really torn in between. Is it A or B?  Let's Istikharah first. And we'll see to it.
